DC95F103VN Overview


NTC thermistors comes in the package of a Bulk. As a convenience, the package Bead includes it. Typically, NTC thermistors have a resistance tolerance of ±0.1°C. When setting NTC thermistors to -80°C~150°C, it will ensure reliable performance. The maximum operating temperature of NTC thermistors is 150°C. It is recommended that NTC thermistors be used at a temperature of -80°C in order to ensure reliability. Power settings of NTC thermistors are 75mW. Thermistors manufactured by NTC are capable of dissipating a maximum of 75mW of power.
