DC95F502Z Overview


Thermistors from NTC come in the form of a Bulk package. The Bead package includes it for convenience. For NTC thermistors to function, they must have a resistance tolerance of ±0.2°C. Setting NTC thermistors to -80°C~150°C ensures reliable performance. Temperatures above 150°C allow NTC thermistors to operate reliably. At -80°C, NTC thermistors are reliable. The NTC thermistors set the maximum power at 75mW. In general, NTC thermistors have a maximum power dissipation of 75mW.
