A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-VDFN Exposed Pad package.Cut Tape represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 8V ~ 17V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C ~ 125°C (TJ).The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 120 V.In terms of its basis, there are 2 Output outputs integrated.The output current of this device can be set to 3 A.The gate driver is part of the - series.
