In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-VDFN Exposed Pad is used.There is a package in the form of Reel.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of the device.Gate drivers can demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy wGate driversh a 8V ~ 17V supply voltage.This device is designed with a N-Channel MOSFET gate type.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C ~ 125°C (TJ).This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.A boot strap voltage of 120 V is the maximum possible high-side voltage.A gate driver in this series is included in the EiceDRIVER™ series.A voltage of 2.8 mA is used as the supply voltage.
