A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-VDFN Exposed Pad package.Reel represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 8V ~ 17V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C ~ 125°C (TJ).The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.The interface IC is referred to as BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 120 V.The gate driver is part of the EiceDRIVER™ series.The device operates on a voltage of 2.8 mA as the supply voltage.
