A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-VDFN Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Cut Tape is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 8V ~ 17V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C ~ 125°C (TJ) is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.A high-side voltage can be set up to 120 V (Bootstrap).Gate drivers of this type are included in the - series.
