TFPT0805L1200FV Overview
To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in 0805 (2125 Metric) packages. For safety reasons, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). PTC thermistors have 2 terminations. This thermistor has 2 pins. During operation, PTC thermistors could supply 40V voltage. It should be possible for the thermistor to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating. PTC thermistors should produce 100mW heat.
