TFPT0603L1000FV Overview
A 0603 (1608 Metric) package is used to protect PTC thermistors. A Tape & Reel (TR) is used for the safety of these PTC thermistors. A PTC thermistor has a termination of 2. This thermistor has 2 pins. When the PTC thermistors operate, they supply 30V. There should be no overheating when the thermistor's maximum capacity is 75mW. When it works, this thermistor will provide a voltage of 30V. The heat produced by PTC thermistors should be 75mW.
