STP14NF12 Description
STP14NF12 is a type of N-channel STripFET? II power MOSFET provided by STMicroelectronics based on its unique STripFET process. Its ability to minimize input capacitance and gate charge makes it well suited for use as a primary switch in advanced high-efficiency isolated DC-DC converters for telecom and computer application. Moreover, it is also ideally suitable for applications requiring a low gate charge drive.
