STL105NS3LLH7 is a 30v N-Channel power MOSFET in PowerFLAT-5x6-8 package. This device exhibits low on-state resistance and capacitance for improved conduction and switching performance. Additional features of this part are very low on-resistance, very low Qg, avalanche high ruggedness, and embedded schottky diode. And its ideal operating temperature is between -55 and +150℃.
