STF40N65M2 Description


MDmeshTM M2 technology was used to build STF40N65M2, an N-channel Power MOSFET. The device has low on-resistance and optimal switching characteristics thanks to its strip layout and improved vertical structure, making it suited for the most demanding high efficiency converters. This technology aims to lower conduction loss, enhance switching performance, boost dv/dt rate, and boost avalanche energy.
