SML1 Overview

RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 5MHz~3.2GHz.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 4-SMD, Flat Leads package.The package of this RF modulator is Bulk.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.4-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.It must be below 50°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of 0°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.For it to perform as expected, the RF modulator's supply current must be in the range of 7mA.
