To save board space, the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package is used.Packing is done according to the Tube method.A Surface Mount mounting type is used.The telecom IC is composed of 1 circuits.A higher supply voltage for 3.13V~5.25V will improve efficiency.The operating temperature set at 0°C~70°C can offer reliable performance.Surface Mount is the way telecom switching is mounted.Telecom switching configuration has 16 terminations.It operates with a voltage of 3.3V.Telecom interfaces contain 16 pins.In addition to telecom switching's base part number SI3201, it can be used to find other related parts.In order to provide designers with a great deal of flexibility, this telecom circuit operates on the supply voltage of 5V.A designer can make use of this telecom circuit by operating with the 88mA supply current.There are many similar functions of the telecommunication product that it can provide with the electronic components under the ProSLIC® series.
