SI3200-GS Overview
In order to save space on the board, the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package is used.Telecommunications equipment is packed using the Tube method.Mounting type Surface Mount is used.2 circuits make up this telecom IC .Telecom circuit is possible to increase efficiency by providing 3.3V 5V with a higher voltage.At -40°C~85°C, reliable performance can be achieved.Telecom switching is mounted in a Surface Mount-direction.Telecom switching configuration contains 16 terminations.There are 16 pins on this telecom interface.Telecom switching's base part number of SI3200 can be used to find more related parts.Designed to work with the supply current of 110μA, it provides designers with a great deal of flexibility.A lot of its functions of the telecommunication product are similar to those of the electronic parts in the ProSLIC® series.
