SI3200-FS Overview
To save board space, the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package is used.Packing is done according to the Tube method.A Surface Mount mounting type is used.The telecom IC is composed of 2 circuits.A higher supply voltage for 3.3V 5V will improve efficiency.The operating temperature set at -40°C~85°C can offer reliable performance.Surface Mount is the way telecom switching is mounted.Telecom switching configuration has 16 terminations.Telecom interfaces contain 16 pins.In addition to telecom switching's base part number SI3200, it can be used to find other related parts.A designer can make use of this telecom circuit by operating with the 110μA supply current.There are many similar functions of the telecommunication product that it can provide with the electronic components under the ProSLIC® series.
