NTE5530 Overview
It is important for a normal operation of the device that the RMS on-state current be maintained under 25 A.Repetitive peak off-state voltage is the maximum peak voltage allowed across the device, and the repetitive peak off-state voltage of this device is 700 V. Gate trigger current is the gate current required to switch the device from the blocked (Off) state to the unblocked (On) state,and this device has a DC gate trigger current-Max of 40 mA.
