NTE5512 Overview
The RMS on-state current must be kept below 5.024 A in order for the device to function normally.A device's repetitive peak off-state voltage is the maximum peak voltage allowed across the device, and this device's repetitive peak off-state voltage is 400 V.There is no maximum repetitive reverse voltage for this device, as it has no maximum repetitive reverse voltage (Vrrm).Devices with DC gate trigger current-Max of 15 mA are switched between blocked (Off) and unblocked states by gate trigger current.
