NCP15XH103J0SRC Overview
Packaged with a Tape & Reel (TR) are NTC thermistors. In the 0402 (1005 Metric) package, it is included as a convenience. The resistance tolerance of NTC thermistors is ±5%. Ensure reliable performance by setting NTC thermistors to -40°C~125°C. A total of 2 terminations are provided on these NTC thermistors. In order for the NTC thermistors to function correctly, the 2 pins must be connected. In addition, the electronic component has the capability of absorbing power dissipation of 0.1W. A NTC thermistors is capable of dissipating a maximum of 100mW of power. It is possible to operate the NTC thermistors at a maximum current of 310μA without too much degradation of the fuse elements.
