NTC thermistors comes in the package of a Tape & Reel (TR). As a convenience, the package 0603 (1608 Metric) includes it. Typically, NTC thermistors have a resistance tolerance of ±1%. When setting NTC thermistors to -40°C~125°C, it will ensure reliable performance. The maximum operating temperature of NTC thermistors is 125°C. It is recommended that NTC thermistors be used at a temperature of -40°C in order to ensure reliability. Power settings of NTC thermistors are 100mW.
