MC68HC11E1CFN2 Description
The MC68HC11E1CFN2 is a Microcontroller Unit that includes high-performance peripherals on the chip. The E series consists of numerous devices with different RAM, ROM, EPROM, and EEPROM configurations. There are also countless low-voltage devices on the market. All E-series MCUs operate similarly, with a few minor exceptions. E-series devices can function at frequencies between 3MHz and DC thanks to a totally static design and a high-density complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (HCMOS) production technique.
