Included in package Bulk is this file.The package is in the form of Die.A mounting hole is provided for Surface Mount to mount this current regulator.Current regulator is recommended that the operating temperature not exceed 0°C~70°C.Voltages of 1V~40V can be input as input voltages in this module.LM334 family is associated with current regulator.The output current of the Adjustable feature allows it to be designed in a way that offers maximum design flexibility.The analog IC used by this power converter is called ANALOG CIRCUIT.It is recommended that the supply voltage (Vsup) be greater than 1V.As the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) for its operation reaches 40V, it is considered to be operational.
