LCS700LG Overview
Tube is used to package H bridge.As a cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in the 16-SSIP, 13 Leads, Exposed Pad, Formed Leads package.Reliabilbridge drivery can be improved by increasing 11.4V~15V's supply voltage.Through Hole is mounted on H bridge circuit.-40°C~150°C TJ is able to function normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are a variety of applications for H bridge motor driver, including General Purpose.In order to mount H gate on the PCB, Through Hole is used.In addH gateion to Auto Restart, Slew Rate Controlled, H gate has the following specific characteristics.As H bridge ic of a signal interface, 13 pins are used as pronged contacts.This is a type of electronic H-bridge that belongs to the HiperLCS™ series.At a specified ambient temperature, the maximum load current that the power supply can provide is 5.2A.The Hbridge is equipped with 1 outputs.
