64-BCQFN packages are used to protect the image sensors from damage. There should be 14.5V~15.5V voltage supplied by the image sensors. To protect them from damage, we'll package them in Bulk. An image sensor with an optical format of 1/2 inch has been specified. It has 64 pins.
