KAI-01050-ABA-FD-BA Overview
64-BCQFN packages protect the image sensors. Voltage 14.5V~15.5V should be provided by the image sensors. For protection, we'll put them in the Bulk. Image sensor optical format is 1/2 inch. 64 pins are present on the image sensor. During operation, image sensors should provide a voltage of 15.5V.
