FCPF150N65F MOSFET is a brand-new high-voltage super-junction (SJ) MOSFET family that incorporates charge balance technology for outstanding low-on-resistance and low gate charge characteristics. The FCPF150N65 FMOSFET features faster and more rugged intrinsic body diode performance, with fast switching aimed at achieving better reliability and efficiency in resonant switching applications, in particular. It is suitable for server/telecom power applications, solar inverters, FPD TV power, computing power, lighting applications, and industrial power applications.
