A frequency of 0Hz~4GHz is used to operate RF modulator.RF IC features an enhanced Flat Box, Terminator package.There is a Bulk package for this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Flange Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 150°C is required for operation.It must not be less than -55°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.
