BU21023GUL-E2 Overview
Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-type enclosure.As part of the 24-UFBGA, CSPBGA package, it has been dispatched.I2C, Serial, SPI interface is used for better data acquisition performance.It is mounted in Surface Mount-axis.If your meter does not show 2.7V~3.6V for the supply voltage in the manner in which this unit is designed, it is recommended that you redo the circuit.It is expected that this chip will operate at an average operating temperature of -20°C~85°C.In total, there are 24 terminals, each of which has its own functions and characteristics.This device has the part number BU21023 as its base part number.It consists of 24 pins in total.It should be noted that the lowest voltage that can be supplied to this linear device is 2.7V.In order to enhance the design flexibility of this product, Surface Mount is added to it.The supply of this part is not permitted if the voltage exceeds 3.6V.4mA supply current is required for normal operation of the part.There is also a use for it as a CONSUMER CIRCUIT consumer integrated circuit.There is a requirement for 1.83V power supplies to power the part.
