BU1511KV2 Overview
A SOT-23-6 package is provided to save space. It is adopted to package in the Cut Tape (CT) way. Transmission lines have 144 terminations to prevent signals from reflecting. This is a 144-pin electronic device. There are 144 pins on it. Using the Surface Mount technology, it is mounted to a PCB. There is no supply voltage for it. A minimum supply voltage of 3V is supported. It is set with a maximum value of 85°C to maintain normal operation. In order to maintain normal operation, the operating temperature is set at -40°C. Voltages up to 3.6V can be supplied to it.
