AM3715CBPD100 Overview
With a packing size of 515-WFBGA, FCBGA, this embedded microprocessor is ideal for international shipping. High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Tray. The CPU contains SDRAM RAM controllers. This microprocessor is equipped with an interface of HDQ/1-Wire, I2C, McBSP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART.
