AM3703CBC100 Overview
Packed in 515-VFBGA, FCBGA, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tray is used to provide high reliability. The CPU has 1 Core 32-Bit cores/Bus width. Extended operating temperature around 0°C~90°C TJ. It comes from the Sitara™ series. This CPU is cored with a ARM® Cortex®-A8 processor. This CPU uses SDRAM RAM controllers. To serve better this microprocessor features HDQ/1-Wire, I2C, McBSP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART interfaces. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. If you are looking for variants of the cpu microprocessor, try search with AM3703. There are 515 terminations totally. With a 1.1V voltage supply, the part should be turned on and run. It has a 32-Bit architecture. The CPU operates at a frequency of 1GHz. Please refer to the datasheets for 515 pins functions. The size of data Bus of the CPU is based on 16b-bit system. 515 pins are injected into the part body. This is a 1-core CPU. Surface Mount mounted, this CPU is widely used in many applications. The micro processor can function from 1.1V. The CPU core voltage is 1.8V. The amount of RAM (Random-Access Memory) is designed 64kB. In a normal situation, users should not supply the CPU microprocessor with a voltage higher than 1.5V. 16 counters are used to help tell how busy the CPU is.
