NTC thermistors comes in the package of a Tape & Reel (TR). For convenience, it is included in the 0805 (2012 Metric) package. The resistance tolerance for NTC thermistors is ±5% to make it work. To ensure reliable performance, the temperature of NTC thermistors should be set to -55°C~125°C. The maximum power set by the NTC thermistors is 200mW. NTC thermistors can operate at a maximum power dissipation of 200mW. The maximum current of the NTC thermistors can be 160μA without too much deterioration of the fuse element.
