ABNTC-0402-152J-3950F-T Overview
NTC thermistors comes in the package of a Tape & Reel (TR). For convenience, it is included in the 0402 (1005 Metric) package. The resistance tolerance for NTC thermistors is ±5% to make it work. To ensure reliable performance, the temperature of NTC thermistors should be set to -55°C~125°C. For the NTC thermistors to work properly, 2 pins must be connected in order to make it work. The maximum power set by the NTC thermistors is 100mW. The maximum current of the NTC thermistors can be 810μA without too much deterioration of the fuse element.
