NTC thermistors comes in the package of a Tape & Reel (TR). For convenience, it is included in the 0603 (1608 Metric) package. The resistance tolerance for NTC thermistors is ±5% to make it work. To ensure reliable performance, the temperature of NTC thermistors should be set to -55°C~125°C. The maximum power set by the NTC thermistors is 100mW. NTC thermistors can operate at a maximum power dissipation of 100mW. The maximum current of the NTC thermistors can be 1.7mA without too much deterioration of the fuse element.
