UZ8218 Overview


To supply this electrical device, reverse leakage current of 500 nA @ 129 V is required.10% is the maximum voltage (Tol) that can be supplied.Zener single diode is important to note that during operation, the maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is reduced to 180 V.In order to operate this device, the working test voltage should be set to 1.4 mA.Zener single diode reaches 180 mV/°C when the voltage (Temp Coeff) reaches maximum.A reverse test voltage of 137 V is recommended for full operation of this device.
