UZ8213 Overview


In order to supply this electrical device, a reverse leakage current of 500 nA @ 93.6 V is required.This value (Tol) represents the maximum voltage that can be supplied.Zener (Nom) voltage is reduced to 130 V during operation.This device should be operated with 1.9 mA as the working test voltage.The voltage (Temp Coeff) reaches 130 mV/°C at maximum value.Reverse test voltages of 98.8 V are recommended for maximum functionality.
