UZ8215 Overview


The reverse leakage current needed to power this electric device is 500 nA @ 108 V.Zener single diode is a maximum voltage (Tol) that can be supplied at 10%.As part of the operation, the maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is reduced to 150 V.Setting the working test voltage to 1.7 mA will allow this device to operate.When the voltage (Temp Coeff) reaches diodes peak, diode reaches 150 mV/°C.Ideally, this device should operate at a reverse test voltage of 114 V.
