UZ5119 Overview


To supply this electrical device, reverse leakage current of 5 μA @ 144 V is required.5% is the maximum voltage (Tol) that can be supplied.Zener single diode is important to note that during operation, the maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is reduced to 190 V.In order to operate this device, the working test voltage should be set to 5 mA.Zener single diode reaches 209 mV/°C when the voltage (Temp Coeff) reaches maximum.
