UZ5111 Overview


This electrical device requires reverse leakage current of 5 μA @ 83.6 V.Tol is the maximum voltage that can be supplied (5%).The maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is reduced to 110 V during operation.Working test voltage should be set to 10 mA for this device to operate.When the voltage (Temp Coeff) reaches its maximum, it reaches 110 mV/°C.To ensure full operation of this device, a reverse test voltage of 83.6 V is recommended.
