UZ5110 Overview


In order to supply this electrical device, a reverse leakage current of 5 μA @ 76 V is required.This value (Tol) represents the maximum voltage that can be supplied.Zener (Nom) voltage is reduced to 110 V during operation.This device should be operated with 10 mA as the working test voltage.The voltage (Temp Coeff) reaches 100 mV/°C at maximum value.Reverse test voltages of 76 V are recommended for maximum functionality.
