TMP6331QDYARQ1 Overview
To prevent damage to the PTC thermistors, they are packaged in SOT-5X3-2 packages. PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) as a safety measure. Temperature -55 °C is the minimum operating temperature for PTC thermistors. This thermistor must not operate above 125 °C in order for it to work. In the PTC thermistors, 40 uA is the current they are designed to handle.
