TMP6131QDYATQ1 Overview
Keeping PTC thermistors in SOT-5X3-2 packages prevents them from being damaged. Packaged in the MouseReel for safety, these PTC thermistors are designed to perform at high temperatures. Whenever this thermistor works, it can supply 5.5 V voltage. In order to design PTC thermistors for 400 uA current, they must have a negative voltage.
