TMP6331QDECTQ1 Overview
A X1SON-2 package is used to protect PTC thermistors. A Cut Tape is used for the safety of these PTC thermistors. When it works, this thermistor will provide a voltage of 5.5 V. PTC thermistors have been designed to operate at 40 uA current.
