TMP6331QDECRQ1 Overview
To prevent damage to the devices, PTC thermistors are packaged in X1SON-2 packages. Having a Cut Tape package ensures safety while using these PTC thermistors. The thermistor supplies 5.5 V voltage nominally when it works. The PTC thermistors have been designed to operate at a current of 40 uA.
