TIP29 Description


The TIP29 from ON Semiconductor is a 100V NPN Power Transistor built-in planar technology with a base island architecture that has remarkable high gain performance with a very low saturation voltage. Fast switching times and extremely low saturation voltage result in lower switching and conduction losses.
