TIG056BF Description

TIG056BF is N-Channel IGBT 430V, 240A, VCE(sat); 3.6V TO-220F-3FS for high power, high speed switching applications. TIG056BF operate temperature under 150°C TJ. TIG056BF transistor works based on the biasing between Gate-Emitter terminals and Collector-Emitter terminals.
