TIBPAL16R4-15CN Overview
Type Through Hole mounting is used for mounting the PLD stock.There is a programmable type of PLD Programmable logic device called PAL.As a result of Programmable logic array's performance-cost ratio, IMPACT-X™ PAL® Series is one of the best values available today.The 20-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm)'s package makes it widely used in electronics.Programmable array logic's Packaging uses Tube-materials.TIBPAL16R4 is the PLD stock's largest Complex Programmable logic device.Through Hole is mounted in the way of the PLD.The pin number of the Complex Programmable logic device remains 20.The 50MHz frequency still allows it to function precisely.Currently, the maximum working temperature is 75°C.It should be warmer in Programmable logic device's operation than 0°C.Supply voltage must be 4.75V volts for it to operate.There is 5.25V supply voltage that can be used with Programmable logic controller.There are programmable 4 I/Os on the board.There is always a source of 5V power going to the Complex Programmable logic device.The PLD has dedicated inputs for 8.There is a 20 termination programmed into it.5V is the Programmable logic device's supply.Product terms are counted by 64.A number of 8 outputs are available.5V voltage is needed to operate it.On the board, there are 20 pins used for specific purposes.A maximum supply temperature of 180mA can be used.In addition to POWER-UP RESET, there are other features as well.Many applications can be served by the Programmable logic device, since it can be powered by any Supply Voltage of 180mA.
