TA80C186XL-20 Overview
A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Bulk. There is MICROPROCESSOR MICROPROCESSOR in the uPs, uCs, or peripheral ICs categories. A total of 68 terminations have been recorded. Turn on the cpu microprocessor and let it run with a 5V voltage supply. There are 16 bits in its architecture. 20MHz is the frequency of the CPU. 68 pin functions are described in the datasheets. The CPU's external data bus width is 16. Temperatures above 85°C should not allow the embedded microprocessor to operate. Injecting pins into the embedded microprocessor body results in 68 pins. In many applications, this CPU is mounted with a Through Hole bus. Micro processors can be used from 5V. 5V is the voltage on the CPU core. A voltage higher than 5.5V shouldn't be used in a normal situation. It is recommended that the lowest voltage be fed to the micro processor is 4.5V. Don't forget the microprocessor's additional features like: DRAM REFRESH CONTROLLER; 3 PROGRAMMABLE TIMERS; NUMERIC COPROCESSOR INTERFACE.
