TA80C186XL-12 Overview
In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Bulk is used. In terms of uPs and uCs as well as peripheral ICs, this is a MICROPROCESSOR. In total, there are 68 terminations. When the voltage supply is 5V, the cpu microprocessor should be powered on and run. In terms of architecture, it is a 16-Bit system. There is 12MHz frequency set for the CPU. You can find information about the functions of 68 pins in the datasheets. 16 is the width of the external data bus on this CPU. Using the microprocessor in an environment above 85°C is not recommended. Many applications make use of this CPU, which has Through Hole mounted. There is a 5V function for the micro processor. It is generally recommended that users do not supply their embedded microprocessors with voltages higher than 5.5V. There should be 4.5V voltage applied to the CPU microprocessor below 4.5V. The microprocessor has additional features, such as DRAM REFRESH CONTROLLER; 3 PROGRAMMABLE TIMERS; NUMERIC COPROCESSOR INTERFACE.
