STL10N65M2 Description
STL10N65M2 is an N-channel Power MOSFET developed using MDmesh M2 technology. Thanks to its strip layout and an improved vertical structure, the device exhibits low on-resistance and optimized switching characteristics, rendering it suitable for the most demanding high-efficiency converters. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 150℃. And the Transistor STL10N65M2 is in the PowerFLAT-5x6-8 package with 48W power dissipation.
