STD18N60M6 Description


The STD18N60M6 is a DPAK-packaged N-channel 600 V, 230 m typ., 13 A MDmeshTM M6 Power MOSFET. The latest developments to the well-known and consolidated MDmesh family of SJ MOSFETs are included in the new MDmeshTM M6 technology.

STMicroelectronics' new M6 technology, which combines great RDS(on) per area improvement with one of the most effective switching behaviors available, as well as a user-friendly experience for optimal end-application efficiency, improves on the previous generation of MDmesh devices.
